Terms & Conditions
Below are the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of this website and interaction with Tribal Motorsports. Any customer who visits our website or makes a purchase (online, offline, or over the phone) are subject to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and understand that use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Professional & Technical Advice Disclaimer
The information provided on the Tribal Motorsports website is offered for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, mechanical, technical, legal, or safety advice. Website content, product descriptions, assembly information, FAQs, videos, and written instructions are provided “as-is” and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance or an in-person inspection by a qualified mechanic or technician.
Tribal Motorsports may also offer troubleshooting assistance through phone, email, text message, video, or other remote support channels. While members of our support team— including our Technical Support Specialist—have extensive hands-on experience working with powersports vehicles, they are not licensed or certified mechanics, and any assistance provided is strictly general guidance based on the information the customer provides. Remote troubleshooting has inherent limitations and may not accurately diagnose the actual condition of the vehicle.
Customers acknowledge and agree that:
1. Any assembly, inspection, maintenance, repair, adjustment, or modification of a powersports vehicle should be performed by a licensed or otherwise qualified mechanic or technician;
2. Any reliance on website content or support-team guidance is strictly at the customer’s own risk;
3. Tribal Motorsports is not responsible or liable for any damage, injury, loss, or additional issues that may result from following website content, support guidance, or performing mechanical work independently; and
4. By using our website or technical support services, the customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with assembly, mechanical work, repair attempts, and operation of the vehicle.
5. This includes, without limitation, any third-party videos, links, or external resources shared by our support team, which are provided solely for general reference purposes.
No communication from Tribal Motorsports’ support staff shall be interpreted as a formal mechanical diagnosis, certification, or professional instruction. Tribal Motorsports expressly disclaims all liability arising from or relating to actions taken based on website information or support guidance.
External Links Disclaimer
The Site may contain (or you may be sent through the Site) links to other websites or content belonging to or originating from third parties or links to websites and features in banners or other advertising. Such external links are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness by us. WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OFFERED BY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES LINKED THROUGH THE SITE OR ANY WEBSITE OR FEATURE LINKED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING. WE WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
Credit Card Charge-backs
By purchasing from Tribal Motorsports, you agree to first exhaust all internal resolution options before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. This means you must allow our team a fair opportunity to investigate and resolve any issues related to your order, including submitting necessary documentation such as photos, technician diagnostics, or other requested information. Filing a chargeback without following this process constitutes a breach of this agreement. If a chargeback is filed improperly or fraudulently—such as for a fulfilled and accepted order—you may be held liable for the original transaction amount, all associated restocking and shipping fees, chargeback penalties, and any legal or collection fees incurred in the recovery of funds. Tribal Motorsports reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence to dispute the chargeback, including signed agreements, delivery confirmations, communication logs, and warranty activity. Any legal matters arising from an unjustified chargeback will be resolved exclusively in Washington County, Arkansas, in accordance with the governing law of this agreement.
Changes and Inaccuracies
Tribal Motorsports constantly makes improvements to our website and we always strive to provide the most accurate product information to our customers. This includes:
- item details and specifications
- price
- product photographs
- dimensions
Sometimes, we do receive inaccurate information about a product from manufacturers. If you are buying something on our website and are concerned the description is inaccurate, please contact us before making your purchase.
Price Changes
It is important to note that manufacturers will lower and raise prices from time to time due to exchange rates and tariff policies. We work hard to keep our prices up-to-date with those of the manufacturers.
There are no refunds or reimbursements if prices change after you have placed your order. Tribal Motorsports is not responsible for typographical, technical or descriptive errors. Tribal Motorsports reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing.
State Laws on Motor Vehicles
Please check your state's laws regarding vehicle emission regulations and registration requirements prior to making a purchase from Tribal Motorsports to ensure your vehicle complies with local, state, and federal laws. We are not responsible if your vehicle cannot be licensed, titled, or registered due to state-specific regulations and will not accept any returns or provide refunds relating to this issue.
Due to CARB (California Air Resources Board) regulations, most of our vehicles cannot be registered for on-road use in the state of California. This means you will not be able to title or register the vehicle in California unless it is explicitly labeled as CARB-compliant. Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether the vehicle you are interested in is CARB approved.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the vehicle they are purchasing can be legally operated in their state and to complete any required registration with the appropriate local or state agency. The customer is also responsible for paying any sales tax, registration fees, or licensing costs associated with their purchase, whether assessed at the time of purchase or upon registration in their jurisdiction. Tribal Motorsports does not collect sales tax for every state and is not responsible for remitting taxes on behalf of the customer where not legally obligated to do so. Failure to register the vehicle or pay applicable taxes does not constitute grounds for cancellation, chargeback, or return.

Tribal Motorsports can help locate a licensed repair technician if the customer is having trouble locating one. Tribal Motorsports does have the right to ask the customer for proper documentation showing that the part(s) is truly in fact defective. We recommend only allowing licensed and/or authorized technicians to handle ANY repair the vehicle may need to avoid any physical harm, vehicle crash, and/or any additional damage to the vehicle that may be a result of improperly repairing the vehicle. Tribal Motorsports is NOT responsible for any vehicle repair or part replacement performed on the vehicle including any repairs performed by the customer and/or licensed and authorized technician or dealership.

Assembled Vehicle Disclaimer & Customer Inspection Requirement
For customers who purchase a vehicle with Tribal Motorsports’ optional assembly service, the vehicle is assembled only for general setup purposes prior to shipment. In addition, certain vehicles may be assembled by the manufacturer or a third-party facility before reaching the customer. Due to shipping vibration, carrier handling, and transport conditions, Tribal Motorsports cannot guarantee that an assembled vehicle will arrive fully ready for operation, regardless of who performed the assembly.
All customers are required to perform—or have a licensed or otherwise qualified technician perform—a complete pre-ride safety inspection upon delivery. This includes but is not limited to checking and tightening all bolts and fasteners, verifying brake function, confirming proper tire pressure, checking fluid levels, inspecting electrical connections, and ensuring the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
By purchasing an assembled unit, the customer agrees and acknowledges that:
1. Additional adjustments, tightening, or corrections may be required after shipping, even on vehicles assembled by Tribal Motorsports or the manufacturer;
2. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete a full inspection before operating the vehicle;
3. Tribal Motorsports is not responsible or liable for any damage, injury, or operational issues resulting from the customer’s failure to inspect the vehicle prior to use;
4. Assembly—whether performed by Tribal Motorsports, the manufacturer, or a third party—does not replace the requirement for repairs or maintenance to be performed by a licensed or qualified technician;
5. Once the vehicle is delivered and in the customer’s possession, the customer assumes all risk associated with operation, inspection, and continued maintenance.
This inspection requirement applies to all vehicles, including those assembled by Tribal Motorsports, the manufacturer, or any third-party facility. Tribal Motorsports expressly disclaims all liability for issues arising after the vehicle leaves our facility, including those related to shipping, customer misuse, lack of inspection, or improper adjustments performed after delivery.
Damage Caused By The Following Is Not Covered Under Warranty
Unavoidable natural disasters, fire, collision, theft, improper storage or transportation, negligence of the periodic maintenance, accidents whether at fault or not, extreme riding, racing, competition riding, improper use, repair, adjustment or maintenance, using the product as a rental vehicle or for commercial use, riding over the manufacturer suggested weight capacity, unauthorized modification made to the product, operation of the vehicle when it is overheating, or installing performance parts or components on the vehicle that change the original engineering. The manufacturer limited warranty and any extended warranty purchased does not cover damage caused by, or resulting from, any other reason besides a manufacturer’s defect.
Vehicle Owner's Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the owner to maintain and care for the vehicle as outlined in the owner’s manual. Owners must service and maintain the vehicle in accordance with the owner’s manual. All service and maintenance should be performed by an authorized dealer or a reputable repair shop. Periodic maintenance and inspections are considered regular maintenance and are not subject to warranty claims or reimbursement.
Shipping Policy & Delays
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. If rush processing is selected, your order will be processed within 24 business hours and generally shipped within 48 business hours. Please note that fully assembled units may require additional processing time before shipment. If any item is not in stock or is expected to remain out of stock for more than 7 days from the order date, a Tribal Motorsports representative will contact you directly.
If your shipping address differs from your billing address, we may require additional verification for fraud prevention. This may delay order processing until the verification is complete.
Please be aware that shipping delays outside of Tribal Motorsports’ control may occur. These include, but are not limited to, delays caused by third-party carriers (such as mechanical issues, terminal holdups, or accidents), inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen logistical disruptions.
If a delivery driver is unable to reach your provided address due to road conditions—such as unpaved surfaces, insufficient turnaround space, or other hazards—the shipping carrier may redirect the delivery to a safer, nearby meeting point (typically at the end of your street). In such cases, the driver will assist with loading the vehicle(s) onto your personal vehicle for transport.
Vehicles are shipped using third-party LTL freight carriers, while parts and accessories are delivered via FedEx or USPS. LTL transit times may take up to 14 business days, depending on your location and proximity to a distribution center. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and reflect the stated shipping timeline if selected. During peak holiday seasons or periods of high shipping volume, additional delays may occur.
Orders may not be canceled or refused due to extended transit schedules or delivery delays. In rare cases, certain outlying regions in the Southeast, Northwest, or Northeast may incur unusually high freight surcharges. Tribal Motorsports will cover the first $100 of any such additional charge; any cost exceeding that amount is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipments cannot be refused for delivery under any circumstance. If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition due to shipping damage, or if any item(s) are missing, you must still accept the delivery and note any visible damage or discrepancy on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of receipt. If you are unable to meet the driver at the designated or mutually agreed delivery location, you are still responsible for all shipping-related costs and associated fees.
You must notify us of any shipping damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery by submitting a claim through our website or by emailing tribalmotorsportsusa@gmail.com. Failure to report within this time may result in forfeiture of the claim.
If a shipment is refused for any reason, the customer will be held responsible for all incurred freight charges (original and return), a 20% restocking fee, and any additional fees imposed by the shipping company.
If your item has not shipped within 14 business days from the order date—excluding any delay caused by the customer (e.g., awaiting additional verification or missing information)—you may request to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Shipping Damages/Lost Item(s)
If you receive a damaged unit, part, or accessory, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim on your behalf and help ensure you receive the necessary replacement part(s) in a timely manner. Tribal Motorsports is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping, including but not limited to scuffs, blemishes, scratches, or plastic/frame damage. While most manufacturers work with customers to replace damaged parts, Tribal Motorsports does not guarantee this and acts solely as a facilitator.
Products may not be refused for delivery under any circumstance. In the event of a refused delivery, you will be held responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, unless a different arrangement has been made in writing. Once a product has been assembled, fueled, or used in any way, it cannot be returned for any reason—no exceptions. That said, we are committed to working with our customers to find a reasonable, mutually agreeable solution when issues arise.
Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
If you want to return a vehicle or part, it must still be in the original crate/box in new condition, completely unopened, and be returned within 7 days of delivery. You will be liable for return shipping cost (original shipping cost to you is non-refundable) and a 20% of item(s) price for a restocking fee.
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund minus 3% cancellation fee within 24 hours of placing your order or up until your order has shipped (whichever is greater). If you chose for your vehicle to be assembled and the vehicle has already started getting assembled, then the assembly fee will be non-refundable. Once the item(s) have shipped, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all cancellations in addition to all freight charges incurred. You must call us in order to cancel your order. If we we missed your call and/or you attempted to call us outside of business hours and your order got shipped out, you will be responsible for all freight charges. You can also email us at tribalmotorsportsusa@gmail.com to cancel your order, however, if we do not get to your email requesting to cancel your order and your order is shipped you will be held liable for all freight charges and return fees. We strongly recommend to contact us by phone in order to effectively cancel your order prior to it getting shipped out.
If you have received the wrong vehicle or part and/or the wrong vehicle color, you MUST notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order. If you do not notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of this matter, we will not be able to resolve the matter.
Orders placed on layaway will only be able to cancel the layaway agreement within 3 business days of placing the order. After 3 business days all payments toward layaway are non-refundable. We reserve and hold the unit until the final layaway payment has been made.
For any returned vehicles, a refund will be processed once the item(s) have been received into our warehouse or we confirm the item has not yet shipped at all. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your refund. If the vehicle arrives backs to us in any condition from how it was originally shipped, you could be liable. This includes damage, use of the vehicle, any alteration of the vehicle, etc...
Waiver of Liability & Safety Disclaimer
By purchasing any item from Tribal Motorsports, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are legally capable of entering into this agreement. You acknowledge that operating powersports vehicles is inherently dangerous and requires a high level of skill and judgment, with the potential for serious injury, property damage, or death. Accordingly, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the operation, maintenance, and use of any products purchased.
For your safety and to ensure the vehicle performs as intended, all vehicles must be assembled and inspected by a licensed technician or qualified professional. Any assembly performed by the buyer or an unqualified individual will void the manufacturer’s warranty and any liability Tribal Motorsports might otherwise assume. It is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is assembled correctly, and Tribal Motorsports will not be held liable for any injury, equipment failure, or damage resulting from improper assembly.
In cases where Tribal Motorsports assembles the vehicle prior to shipment, the customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to thoroughly inspect the vehicle upon delivery, verify that it is in safe operating condition, and complete any necessary pre-ride checks outlined in the owner’s manual. Tribal Motorsports is not liable for any damages, injuries, or operational issues arising from customer misuse, improper handling, failure to maintain the vehicle, or failure to identify and address any post-shipping issues prior to use.
Tribal Motorsports may offer remote troubleshooting support via phone, email, or video conference. Please note that any advice or guidance provided remotely is for informational purposes only and should not substitute for a professional, hands-on evaluation. You agree that any remote support provided is given “as-is” without any warranty, express or implied, and that you assume full responsibility for any repair or maintenance actions performed based on such advice. We strongly recommend that all mechanical repairs be conducted by a licensed technician.
By completing your purchase, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Tribal Motorsports LLC, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and any related parties from all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the vehicle(s), improper assembly, or any advice provided during remote troubleshooting or repair. This waiver applies regardless of whether such claims arise from negligence or any other cause of action.
You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, and that your purchase and use of our products is fully at your own risk, with all liability expressly disclaimed by Tribal Motorsports.
Rider Age & Safety Guidelines
Tribal Motorsports follows the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines, which set strict standards for age-appropriate vehicle operation. Before operating any powersports vehicle, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the rider falls within the manufacturer's recommended age group. This information is typically available on the manufacturer’s website or can be requested from Tribal Motorsports directly.
Any age listed in our product descriptions or customer reviews is not an official age recommendation and should not be used to determine vehicle suitability. These are anecdotal examples submitted by past customers and may not reflect safety standards or legal requirements. We strongly recommend that riders be at least 16 years of age to operate any motorized vehicle purchased through our site, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the manufacturer. For additional safety guidance and hands-on training, customers are encouraged to enroll in a course offered by the ATV Safety Institute (ASI). You can contact ASI at (800) 887-2887 or their after-hours hotline at (800) 307-3429 for more information.
